Making the Shortlist

Once we have qualified the tenant's requirements we produce a bespoke shortlist and let you know what we're working on and the office of yours we've presented them. This is your opportunity to let us know if it's not available or if there's a better office.

Having narrowed down the selection of offices in a tenant's shortlist and confirmed availability, we arrange inspections. You'll be armed with the full brief and only see appropriate tenant enquiries - no more time wasting tours.

Referrals program

Rubberdesk takes referrals for Flex enquiries and manages them to deliver - think of us as an outsourced Flex Broker to smaller agencies. We split our fees and pay out to agents for those referrals - all taken care of for you.

We only get paid when you get paid. Rubberdesk will invoice you 10% of the first year's contract value upon success.
