Private Offices are available from Vspace Create at Kwai Chung, New Territories, where they are offered as Private Studios. Vspace Create is operated by Vspace Group as a sister space to Vspace Prime in Kowloon Bay, and describes itself as Hong Kong's first coworking space dedicated to designers and garment manufacturers. The centre brings creative work and manufacturing together under one roof, so members can take products from first concept to prototype and final product on-site. The Private Studios suit small teams and combine robust industrial interiors suited to a manufacturing hub with a contemporary business centre finish. Vspace Group is a Hong Kong flexible workspace operator founded by brothers Kurt and Jackle Hsieh. Its first centre, Vspace Prime in Kowloon Bay, offers private offices, coworking desks, virtual office packages, meeting and conference suites, and event management. Its sister centre, Vspace Create in Kwai Chung, is a coworking space for designers and garment manufacturers. It reflects the family's background in garment design and manufacturing, and combines workspace with on-site production equipment and services. The group has also announced Vspace Prime Phnom Penh and Vspace Life Quanzhou.
The founders built Vspace around the needs of entrepreneurs who want round-the-clock workspace and a Hong Kong base for cross-border business with mainland China. Kurt Hsieh holds a degree in business and economics and has been involved in buying and selling Hong Kong property. Jackle Hsieh holds a biology degree and has experience in client relations and product development in the family business. Vspace describes its approach through five values: versatility, veracity, vibrancy, vigilance and vision.
