The space is fully serviced with 24/7 access, and comes with all utilities & bills included. We appreciate that the above-mentioned renovations have not happened yet, so we can offer a 20% discount on your first 3 months to account for this (and/or a licence agreement of 1+ years).

About The Tara Building: The Tara Building is a community-led workspace in the heart of Dublin city centre. We have coworking, serviced offices, meeting rooms, and a beautiful roof garden – but most importantly, we are home to a community of creative, ambitious people.
Where are we located? We are ideally located on Tara Street, Dublin 2 and are easily accessible by the DART, bus, Luas or train. We're just a 25 minute drive to the airport, and are within walking distance to all city centre restaurants, shops and cafés.
What's on offer at Tara? 24/7 access to 2 fully-equipped meeting rooms, over 11 phone booths, 2 kitchens, showers, a reception area to meet & greet clients, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and a secure bike area to store your wheels (see full list of benefits below).
What do we do for our members? We organise ample free monthly events focused on networking, creativity, business development, and social impact.
