Private Offices are available on flexible terms from Common Ground at 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama. Common Ground operates coworking locations across Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore, and private office members can work from hot desks at any Common Ground location. The centre is on the penthouse level of 1 Powerhouse, a 31-storey green office tower fitted with energy-efficient light fixtures and smart photocell sensors. The building is an MSC Cybercentre Building (Tier 1). Private offices are fully furnished, enclosed and lockable, set within a modern workspace with designed interiors.

Common Ground 1 Powerhouse combines private offices with a lounge, an in-house café and The Grounds event space. The workspaces are designed to balance professionalism and style.
