About Host
Metropolitan Workspace (Metro) is a Hong Kong-based landlord-operator and part of the Metropolitan Lifestyle Group, established in 2010. As a direct landlord — not a sublessor — Metro owns and manages all of its locations, which it states enables transparent, no-hidden-fee pricing and the option of longer-term agreements. Metro operates six coworking locations across Hong Kong Island and the New Territories — Central (Stanley Street), Central (Wellington Street), Admiralty, Tin Hau, Wong Chuk Hang, and Yuen Long — each with a distinct fit-out theme. The operator specialises in private offices for one to four people, alongside dedicated desks, hot desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Metro is a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) and can assist members with registered office addresses and mail handling. A cross-site access pass is available, allowing members to move between Metro locations. The operator runs a member community programme including networking events, business workshops, and a member perks partnership scheme. On-site staff speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
