Private Offices are available on month-to-month terms from The Executive Centre (TEC) at Six/NEO in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The centre occupies Level 28 of the tower and is one of two TEC centres in Metro Manila, alongside Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 in Makati. TEC operates a network of centres across Australia, Greater China, India, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, the UAE and Vietnam. The centre offers Grade A serviced offices and holds WELL Health-Safety and Equity Ratings as well as WiredScore Platinum Certification. Offices are fully furnished and move-in ready, with ergonomic workstations, privacy glass and adjustable standing desks. Office branding and layout customisation can be discussed with the operator during consultation. The centre has views over the Taguig skyline and art-deco inspired lounges.

Work Environment:
The centre's interiors pair clean architectural lines with warm textures, with attention to natural light and proportion. The layout is planned to move between focused work and informal discussion, with quiet call rooms, a members lounge, coworking areas and function rooms on the same floor. A barista bar sits within the coworking lounge, and the art-deco inspired lounges look out over the Taguig skyline. TEC runs community and networking events for members, including online and in-person networking and educational sessions through its TEC Community programme.

The Executive Centre (TEC) opened its first centre in 1994. It now runs a network of flexible workspaces across Greater China, Southeast Asia, North Asia, India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Australia. TEC offers private offices, managed offices, coworking memberships, day passes and day offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and event spaces. It also provides business concierge services for company set-up, IT and administrative support, and mini data centres for server hosting. In Metro Manila, TEC operates two centres: Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 in Makati and Six/NEO in Bonifacio Global City. Members can join TEC's community and networking events, and centre services can be managed through the MyTEC app.
