The operator offers Standard Offices for teams of varying sizes, Enterprise Offices for larger teams requiring a customised layout, and Dedicated Desks for individuals or small teams. The Work Project is a premium coworking operator with locations across Singapore, Australia, and London.
The space occupies Levels 10 and 11 of Asia Square Tower 2, an integrated development in Singapore's Marina Bay CBD that incorporates office space, over 30 retail and dining establishments, The Westin hotel, and 100,000 sqft of open plaza known as 'The Cube'. The fit-out is a collaboration between botanist Patrick Blanc, design studio HASSELL, and art gallery Huue, featuring indoor vertical gardens and art installations. Asia Square Tower 2 holds LEED Platinum and Green Mark Platinum sustainability certifications and is designed with ample natural light and eco-friendly features.
