Private Offices are available on flexible terms from Corporate Serviced Offices (CSO) at PLUS Building in Raffles Place, Singapore's Central Business District. The centre operates under the entity CSO (Raffles) Pte Ltd and occupies Level 22 of the PLUS Building at 20 Cecil Street. CSO operates multiple centres across Singapore's CBD, including locations at OCBC Centre, Tokio Marine Centre, Shaw Centre, Suntec Tower 1, and SGX Centre 2. Office suites are available for terms ranging from one hour to twelve months, renewable indefinitely. Suites are private and secure, sized to accommodate from one to twelve workstations, and can be combined to accommodate larger teams. The centre is staffed by an on-site management and support team, including reception, IT, and secretarial staff, during office hours.

Outgoings:

• Security deposit: two months' rental required upon signing
• Setup fee: as per agreement terms
