The Work Boulevard operates a network of four locations in Singapore, with other centres at Prudential Tower, Guoco Midtown Network Hub and SGX Centre 2.

Private office tenants share the centre with a coworking lounge, and the communal pantry and coffee bar area provides a shared space for informal conversation. The event space can host larger gatherings.
