The operator offers Standard Offices and Enterprise Offices for teams of 10 pax and up requiring a customised layout, Dedicated Desks for individuals or small teams, and Hot Desks in a shared office. Meeting rooms, event venues, and collaborative huddle spaces are also available. The Work Project is a premium coworking operator with locations across Singapore, Australia, and London.
The space occupies Levels 4 and 5 of OUE Downtown Gallery, 6A Shenton Way. The building is part of an integrated development that includes Downtown Gallery Mall, a luxury serviced apartment, and an office tower. The coworking floors have direct tree canopy views over Shenton Way. The space features collaborative huddle spaces and sound-proofed phone booths in addition to private offices and open coworking desks. Event venues on-site can accommodate up to 150 pax, with catering service available.
