The operator accommodates both upsizing and downsizing during a lease term across its portfolio of properties. On sustainability, the majority of The Working Capitol's buildings are powered by 100% renewable electricity, and furniture is supplied by Flokk on a leasing model to reduce demand for mass-produced furniture.
