Private Offices and Dedicated Desks are available on flexible terms from The Work Project at CapitaSpring, Raffles Place. The operator offers Standard Offices for teams of varying sizes, Enterprise Offices for larger teams requiring a customised layout, Dedicated Desks for individuals or small teams, and Hot Desks in open coworking space. Meeting rooms and event spaces are available at hourly and daily rates. The Work Project is a premium coworking operator with locations across Singapore, Australia, and London.
The space occupies Levels 21, 39, and 40 of CapitaSpring, a building on Market Street in Raffles Place. The fit-out is a collaboration with award-winning design studio HASSELL. Signature suites and meeting rooms are described as designed with exclusivity and inclusivity. The space also features acoustically-optimised phone booths and huddle spaces.
