Private Offices are available on flexible terms from The Working Capitol at Club Street in Singapore's Ann Siang neighbourhood. The Working Capitol launched at 1 Keong Saik Road in 2015, and its network has grown to more than 150 companies and 40 heritage properties across Chinatown and the CBD. 9A Club Street is part of the operator's 1–9 Club Street shophouses, facing Mercure ICON Singapore, where Levels 2 and 3 are offered as Enterprise Solutions private offices and Messina and Merci Marcel occupy Level 1. Offices can be turnkey or tailored to a team's specifications: spaces come fitted with basic necessities, tenants are free to design their own interior, and company branding can be displayed on the exterior facade. Furniture is provided to enterprise members on a leasing model through Flokk, and the majority of The Working Capitol's buildings are powered by 100% renewable electricity. The operator has been recognised as a Champion of Good by the NVPC, Singapore's national agency for volunteerism and philanthropy.

Work Environment:
Tenants at 9A Club Street work from a heritage shophouse on Club Street and are part of The Working Capitol community, with access to the communal spaces at the 1 Keong Saik hub, a restored 1920s biscuit factory. The in-house team runs a series of community events and networking activities, including midday breaks, weekly happy hours and seasonal initiatives with community organisations, so members can get to know their TWC neighbours. Campus events and announcements are shared through a community chat in the member app, and membership cards unlock perks at more than 50 neighbourhood businesses, covering morning coffee, lunch, after-work drinks and fitness classes. The operator accommodates both upsizing and downsizing within its portfolio during a lease term.
