About Expansive

Expansive was founded in 2012, when their founder and principal, Bill Bennet, noticed that there was a shortage of temporary workspaces for new businesses. The company has grown quite a bit since its humble beginnings in Chicago. Today, Expansive owns and operates 43 buildings in 33 US cities.

Expansive's Offerings

At Expansive, the company philosophy is all about being flexible and recognizing the different needs of every business.

Dedicated offices Expansive offers customizable private offices to individuals and businesses. Private offices provide clients with a stable, steady place to do their work. Some have described the offices as an oasis of calm in a crazy world. But at the same time, they benefit from working in a building with other growing businesses, where they can stop and exchange ideas with like-minded people, and build community with others in related fields.

Shared offices Expansive offers a few different options for people who want to work in a vibrant, shared office. The company provides dedicated desks for those who prefer to always work in the same location, or you can opt for a coworking space, with all the networking and flexibility that comes with one.

All of the Expansive shared office options include access to the building amenities as described above.

Space on demand Expansive understands that sometimes you need a great place to work for a few days, and sometimes you need a place to work for a few hours. Expansive offers on-demand spaces like conference rooms, podcast studios, and lounge space. Rent them as you need, whether that's by the day or by the hour. The space is ready whenever you are.

Longterm space For clients who want to stay longer than 24 months, Expansive Long Term means that you can lock in the benefits of our office space for as long as you would like. The company's long-term clients have access to Expansive Workspace and a la carte service options like Turnkey Services and On-Demand Space Extensions.
