NeueHouse was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Madison Square, New York City, with other locations in Hollywood and Bradbury, LA. NeueHouse will open another site in the summer of 2022 in Venice Beach, CA. They are also slated to open a Miami, FL location.
Services Offerings
NeueHouse provides workspaces for business owners, individuals, and teams. The company encourages the cross-sharing of ideas and network-building among its members. NeueHouse membership options:
- Salon: Salon members enjoy full access (eight business days per month) to the private work and meeting spaces, as well as unlimited access to the restaurants, event spaces, and cultural activities across all houses.
- Studio: NeueHouse designed this membership for businesses that operate better in private offices. Studio members enjoy access to all cooperative and social spaces and may book conference rooms and cultural programming events.
- Atelier: Suitable for groups and individuals who prefer an open work environment, an Atelier membership includes dedicated desks within a shared workspace.
- Gallery: This membership option is ideal for a few people who don’t need a permanent desk, but appreciate an open and flexible workspace. Gallery members have unlimited house-specific access to gallery floors and all cooperative events.
- Brand Access: This membership gives business owners and individuals access to the NeueHouse networks and grants full access to all house spaces and facilities.
